Take Your Diving to the Next Level
The PADI Rescue Diver course is often hailed as the most rewarding scuba certification a diver can earn. While you'll continue to enhance your diving skills, this course emphasizes recognizing potential problems, preventing emergencies, and responding confidently when they arise.
Through realistic scenarios and hands-on practice, you'll master identifying diver stress, assist tired or injured divers, manage emergency situations, and enhance your overall situational awareness. By the end of the course, you'll emerge as a more capable, confident diver and an even better dive buddy.
At Sebago Scuba, our Rescue Diver training is conducted in a supportive, low-pressure environment that focuses on practical skills, teamwork, and confidence. Students often leave this course feeling that it has transformed their approach to diving and made them significantly more comfortable in the water. Your BCD, regulator, tanks and weights are also included in the class if needed. You are expected to have your own mask, fin, snorkel and wetsuit.
Successfully completing this course earns you the internationally recognized PADI Rescue Diver certification, setting you up for more advanced training, including the Divemaster program.
